Who is Nici Kirchmann?

I’m a dedicated Health, Wellness, and Fitness Strategist. My ultimate goal is to help my clients develop a dynamic and vibrant life filled with health, vitality, energy, longevity, and a zest for life. My mission is to change the way you see food, teach you a few simple hacks for blood sugar balancing, show you how to prepare easy meals, and guide you towards a vibrant life by overcoming obstacles and changing habits.


I have always had a love for the health and wellness industry, and after many years of working in an industry that did not fulfil that passion, I took a leap of faith and completed a Personal Training and Health Coaching Course. I now follow my passion and am delighted to say that “Nici Kirchmann, Ultimate Health Co.” was born.


As a teenager, I constantly battled with weight, tried every diet, and began the yo-yo cycle. I suffered from a negative body image, low self-esteem, and didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. My weight fluctuated constantly, and I was never at ease going to the gym. After years of perseverance and persistence, at the age of 30, I eventually developed newfound confidence by attending a women-only gym and learned how to eat correctly. My weight began to stabilise, and I started to feel great. I have come to realise the importance of mindful eating, regular exercise, and how a few small changes can make a big difference in the long run.


As the founder and owner of “Nici Kirchmann, Ultimate Health Co.,” I believe that you should have fun with your health journey, make tasty food, eat mindfully, and capitalise on the best life has to offer. Together, we will create YOUR ultimate health vision by turning life’s lemons into a new-look lemonade! I am committed to making your journey to health supported and balanced.

Every client is unique and requires special attention. It all starts with your WHY, and the journey takes you along a road to discover a newfound sense of purpose and vitality, helping you to rewrite your story in ways you never thought possible. I bring extensive experience as a personal trainer, wellness strategist, and advisor to both individuals and corporations. By examining your current lifestyle, nutrition, physical well-being, work-home balance, sleep, and stress patterns, I tailor your programme to fit where you are in life and where you need to go. I teach you how to make delicious, healthy food by providing cooking demos and easy-to-follow recipes, showing you how nourishing your body with wholesome food can unleash its self-healing potential.

My mission is to instil lasting change in my clients’ health journeys by offering personalised, client-centric strategies. I am known for my attentive listening, building trust, and fostering a “safe space” where we work towards achieving the best possible results.

Qualifications

I hold an International Diploma from HCA “Health Coaches Academy” UK, NQF Level 5 certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching. I am qualified to strategise with my clients on how to reach their health and wellness goals and advise on the importance of Blood Sugar Balancing.   


I hold a Personal Training Certificate from TriFocus Fitness SA. I am qualified to coach and provide my clients with safe and effective workout programmes, as well as offer nutritional advice.
